REID VINSON
I am a photographer and indie filmmaker based in Austin, Texas. I grew up in Georgia making "movies" on my parent's digital camera. In high school, I took up photography and fell in love with it. During college I continued sharpening my photography skills and creating short films with friends.
After finishing college I began working as a camera operator on several independent features, shorts, and TV pilots. While these ventures allowed me to pursue my interests, I knew that I wouldn't be satisfied until I began creating my own projects. I began pursuing commercial productions, music videos, and in from 2023 to 2024, I shot my own documentary film.
After re-locating to Austin in April of 2024, I have continued to pursue the craft and have worked with talented creatives from models to musicians to unique locals.
